Easter Sunday

I love Easter. I really do need to be reminded every year of the sacrafice Jesus paid for our sins so that we could spend forever with Him in Heaven. Growing up in a Christian home, were you went to church ever time the doors were open, I think you can get so used to the resurrection story that it's not a bid deal. But it is the most important event in human history, and I need to remember that! I can't think of a better reminder than our church's Easter pageant. It's so much work and time, but it is so worth it! I hope that you got a chance to see it this year, and if you didn't I hope that you can next time.

My parents, grandparents, Jeremy, Chirsty and Lon came over for Easter lunch. We made lunch a group effort and it was SOO good! After lunch we had dessert of course, and then the kids got to hunt some Easter eggs! It was alot of fun! Gracie found alot of eggs and Caden really got the hang of it and found almost as many! We really enjoyed our time with family, which is the best part of every holiday. I hope the family that we weren't with today had a wonderful Easter, too!
