I ran in the 4th Annual Run for the Children in Graham this past weekend. The money raised by the run goes to Virginia's House, a child advocacy center there in Graham. My sister used to work there and so she helped me get involved witht this run. We "trained" together (with Lon, too) so that we could run the whole thing without walking :)

I did it!!It was fun. I was nowhere near the winner, but we did it for a good cause and got in better shape because of it! Maybe next time, I'll do a 10K!
